1. Quotations and Orders
All quotations provided by Laxmi International Trader are subject to market availability, seasonal yield, and final confirmation. Product specifications, including HS codes, size grades, packaging options, and nutrient contents, are provided for general guidance and may vary slightly based on harvest conditions and processing batches. Orders are only considered confirmed upon mutual agreement of terms, receipt of an official purchase order, and our written confirmation. Please note that certain export certificates and food licenses are currently "in process," and final export documentation will be provided as they become available.
2. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all export transactions are subject to standard international payment terms. This may include an advance deposit, Letter of Credit (LC), or other mutually agreed banking instruments. Laxmi International Trader reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment terms are not met or if financial verification is deemed unsatisfactory. All bank charges and transfer fees are to be borne by the respective parties as per the final agreement.
3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
Shipping schedules and container capacities (such as 40 ft High Cube Reefer containers for onions) are estimated based on standard logistics. While we strive for timely dispatch and delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, shipping line schedule changes, natural calamities, or any other force majeure events beyond our control. The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR) specified in the final contract.
4. Quality and Inspection
We take pride in our quality control processes. For fresh produce, we ensure strict adherence to our quality claims, such as fully cured onions with 0% sprout/mold and high-quality semi-husked coconuts. However, as these are agricultural products, natural variations in size, color, and maturity may occur. Buyers are entitled to inspect the goods upon arrival as per the contract terms. Any claims regarding quality must be submitted with supporting documentation within the stipulated timeframe mentioned in the sales contract.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
